Users Group Keynote to be Delivered by Todd Grimm
Edgewood, Kent., July 15, 2004 -- T. A. Grimm & Associates, Inc., a rapid prototyping consulting firm, announced that Todd Grimm, president, will deliver the opening keynote address for the Z Corporation Users Group meeting. Jon Hirschtick, CEO of SolidWorks Corp, will join Grimm as the keynote speaker on the second day of the event.
At the User Group meeting, which will be held in Boston, Mass. September 9 - 11, 2004, Grimm's address will invite the audience to turn its back on "rapid prototyping". According to Grimm, "There is too much focus on the speed of the technology. What is more important is what companies do with that speed." The focus in speed also obscures the significant advantages found in the technology's ease, efficiency and accessibility.
