"How much will this cost me?" is a fair question and one that we wish we could answer. However, each project is different, and therefore, there isn't an opportunity to offer a pat answer.

What we can tell you is that T. A. Grimm quotes each project as a flat rate. No hourly fees, no surprises, and no minimums. With an understanding of your project and goals, we will prepare a proposal for the work. Project-based pricing let's you know exactly what your investment will be.

Typically, projects range from as little as $100.00 to $10,000.00. The project price is dependent on the hours it will take and the type of work required. Our hourly rate ranges from $50.00 to $150.00 per hour.

Two Options

Through T. A. Grimm & Associates, you have two options for consulting services, outsourced consulting and project-based consulting.

Outsourced: For long term or extended projects
Realize all of the benefits of having a business consultant on staff but with greater flexibility, reduced expense and lower overhead. Small businesses don't need the addition of another top-notch management employee, so why hire one? Now you can have an industry expert at your disposal throughout the year without hiring a full-time employee.

Project-based: For short term or task-based projects
Designed for those companies that only require a few consulting projects in the year, this pay-as-you go service can be used for everything from speaking engagements to competitive analysis to system benchmarking. Quoted as a flat fee, there will be no surprise expenses.
